This IS NOT Your Dentist Talking
Ok, it's good to take care of your pearlies, but this FLOSS stands for Fresh, Local, Organic, Seasonal and Sustainable.
That's easy enough when Whole Foods is just down the street, but harder when we're trying to be FLOSS correct in less developed countries.
Or is it? The closer you get to traveling off the beaten path where you are sharing meals with local people, the more likely you can be assured of minimizing your carbon footprint.
And the most amazing food often comes in those rural, non-tourist-intensive locations.
