In Thailand, we will visit the Thailand-Burma border province of Mae Hong Son, with its teak
forests and hilltribe villages, Chiang Mai,the cultural center of the North, the ancient capital of
Sukhothai and the famous Sangkhlalok kiln.
The mix of Thailand and Vietnam provides a great look at two Southeast Asian
cultures, with insights into the sub-cultures that make them distinctive
